Respected Members please share your view how videoconferencing in matrimonial matters would help ....?How and where the mediation between the parties would take place and what about the party wanted to transfer the case would apply against the order of the lower court...the problem up to certain extent remain same as it was before....

Sir what about the other issues like Mediation and proceedings under section 125 of Crpc...money is not only issue to take care of...

Is there any judgment or circular available for the same, that would be helpful to people like me who are travelling 1000kms far away family court once per week sometimes 5/6 times per month.
