can any one provide / quote a leading case.in which complainant used forged documents and initiated forgery trial case on accused[true owner of documents].
can such trial be reversed on bogus complaint based on forged documents prepared by complainant and witness.would sec195/340 crpc wold be helpful .pl advice .thanks
