I am new to this forum and dont know unde which heading I should ask my question.
I have a firm registered as PVT. Limited in delhi.
There are 12 employees in my office. One day a friend of my employee came to my office on the pretext of meeting her. He stole data from my office. That was very confiential and important as mine is HR firm. This data can help the competitors. This is captured in CCTV footage. On asking my employee about this she quit the job.
I want your guidance on this as what i can do now and they will laible under what sections.
Also, I do not have any contact info of the person in CCTV.
Is there action bailable.
