I am posted in FCI at Ludhiana. whereas my husband is posted in Indian Audit and Accounts in Kolkata. On the basis of marital grounds, will I be transferred to kolkata? my competent Authority has asked me to submit an undertaking that my husband cannot be posted to Punjab. But, as the rule book and Office Memo of DoPT says that the spouse under PSU will be transferred to the station where the husband is posted ..If no posts are available in that station then the husband will be transferred to my station...so first they should see to it that whether I can be transferred to his station thn an undertaking should be submitted...can you please help....
