Transfer of share in property to wife

I purchaed a flat in 1998. Since my was critically ill I added the names of my son and daughte in law..She died in 1999.

In 2002 they went outside country and continue to be so.Same year I remarried. What can I do to protect the right of my present wife(no issues.) Only she needs shelter till death. Can they compell her to sell the property. Can I transfer at least my rights to her ( first named) HOW? Will it enable her to stay in the house after my death.

you can gift or will your share in the property to your wife but if you want your wife to stay in the house without any trouble from your sons side after your lifetime then you need to convince your son and dil to either  gift their share to you for some consideration or convince them to sell the property and take your share so that you can buy a new property with that money and gift it to your wife.

if they dont agree to the above said then file a suit for partition in the court
