My Mother in law wants to transfer a property in vijayanagar which is worth 14lac to my husband's name. My husband has two younger sisters who has share in it. what is the procedure for transfer & what would be the cost of registeration and will there be any problem in future. My Mother in law wants us to give in cash or kind to her daughters...........
