Hi,
My father(MUSLIM) has a commercial shop in a market , My father is no more.
My father was the owner of the particular shop in the market and we still pay the monthly bill to the owner of the market and the name on the bill is my dad's name.
Now we want to change the ownership from my father's name to my mother and we three brothers.
The owner of the market is asking for Rs 100000 to change the wonership of the shop.
NOW MY QUESTIONS ARE :
1. Is it justified to ask for so much money to change the ownership ?
2. Is there any other way to change the ownership ( BYSUCCESION) ?
3. Can we change the name to "Ms.ABCD and sons" (ABCD reffers to my mom) ?
