We filed a will of my father after his death before 2.5 (will was made by a layer in the presense of two witness), same layer is eecuting the will but it is taking time and we are worry aout it. So please suggest me that how much time it will take to complete the process.
As executor is saying that it will take more time.
Please help and confirm what is the time duration to complete the distribution of property after filling of will.
This will is related to my father's property and he wanted to make my mother as a owner of all property after his death.
Here are some lands in Varanasi(U.P.) on the name of my father now we wants to get a paer of same lands on the name of my mother(Same is stated in will also).
Eecutor is saying that he has filed a application in court for this and we will recieve a notice from court for the same and then lands will be transfer to my mothe name.
Is it the process or he is misguiding us?as will paper is with him(He is my father's friend).
