I have sold my flat. One difficult member is objecting to transfer of flat in the new buyer's name.
He is the very difficult person and many members are scared of him. So even committee members are not willing to even accept
the application with necessary forms. I have received entire payment from a buyer.
Pl suggest what should I do.
