Valid and registered Gift deed confers ownership with immediate effect.

It should suffice.

Pursue Bye Laws of the society and relate with  Bye Laws of the state.

Thanks for your response.

Do I have to submit any forms or will a covering letter with copies of the gift deed and registration documents suffice?

The society is clueless and are asking me to approach an advocate. I thin that is not necessary as all legal documentation is in place. Can someone please help me with format of application to society for me to become member from associate member by virtue of this gift deed. Also in this case am i required to abmit any forms like form 4 or form 23?

The society has to provide requisite forms.

All of it should be  mentioned in Model Bye Laws, Bye Laws adopted by society, Bye laws of the state.
