Tranfer fee (chages)

Sir

We have an old building in bandra mumbai with 25 tenants.who ever sales thier homes to onther parties.& ask me for transfer of names on rent reciept.

Sir i wants to know how much i charge for tranfer name on rent reciept? & what documents i need for transfer?

please advice me.
