IN the rgular law course itself there are moot courts and  how to advance  arguments  rebut arguments or counter arguments drafting basics  etc are taaught if it/Law college is  reputed and curriculam should consist of this lgal  syllabus also. You read Highcourt and supreme court Jusdgments and watch how repurted lawyers argue their cases in courts and win etc and through trial and error  basis you can learn court room arguments and counter argument advanced by the ooppsite party. Where there is a will there is a way. No special training programamms are there for advcates to my knowledge until now.
