A trademark was renewed by the company on 24.02.2003, and the same was valid till 24.02.2010. The same is not renewed till now, but the trademark status is shown as registered, its not removed from the registry .
Meanwhile new owners came to the company and the registered office was changed but the same was not effectuated in trademark.so even if communication was send by registrar to former address, the proreitor was not aware of the same.
How to go about in this matter ??

Renewal with surcharge is allowed for SIX months from the date of ceasation and one year time limit for filing restoration beyond which the TM is abondoned.

Yes, Mr. Rajesh is correct. Now it is 2011 end. Even if you apply for TM renewal it will be abandoned.
