Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for trademark registration through (goodwill, Kerala Reg : 2031268) on September 2010 and till date i did not receive the approval. When i contacted them they said that its got objected and thats why its delayed. And they dont know how long it will take. Please advice is it natural delay.

visit the trademark website and get the details through tracking system, you will come to know the details and after that follow the procedure as envisaged.

The trade marks registry allots a number known as application number when you make an application.With this number you can find the status after visiting the Trade marks registry website.If your application has been opposed the agent would have been informer about the opposition and you can get the details from him.If the agent is not giving a satisfactory reply you can contact the trade marks registry office at chennai for the status.
