One of my client needs registration for Trade Mark, I would like to know how many copies of TM1 and additional representation shall be filed? and what other documents are required?
It would be helpful if you send me copy of TM1 along with additional representaion form.

it is advisable to get the Trademark Registration through a Trademark Agent, it might need to attend hearing, objection response. etc., We can help you in this matter.
