Token money

Hi,

I have taken a token money of Rs. 30000/- for a flat SP-30 lac 30 thousand.  After one month I am not interested in selling the flat (as the purchaser seems to be cheater and works in a court) .  However, the purchaser is insisting and threatning me to sue.  I have just given a receipt or draft mentioning that we are entering into and agreement of sale/purchase without mentioning the date and time for bayana (10%) agreement singed (without any stamp paper).  The date of full payment is still due (1st Dec).

What could be the consecoquence for prosecution.

Does this draft have any validity in the court.

Please Suggest.

The buyer can go to court and pray for an order to you to sell the property at the agreed price.
