Sir I met with an accident on 17th November, 2017 in which I was hit hard and my car was hundred percent damaged. Till date my car is in the police station. I want to claim the insurance amount from my insurance company. Kindly suggest me the way how can I take the orders of the court for taking permission so that I will not have to present the car in the court and can hand over the same to Insurance company without superdari to settle my claim. My case in MACT just started on 11th April, 2018.
