To give power of attorney to my brother for maintenance case

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen working in London, UK.

Now, couple of months before, my wife separated from me and went back to her native place in Tamilnadu, India.

Also she has filed a Maintanence Case in a district court in Tamil Nadu. Now, as I cant travel immediately, I would like to

Give my brother a Power of Attorney to proceed with the court case. Could anyone advice how to do this?

Which form should I need to fill and from whom can I get the attestation eg.Notary Solicitors?

Please send me a soft copy of the form

Regards

You can give POA to your brother.  search google for Form of Affidavit. or the POA be got prepared at Tamilnadu and the same be sent to you.  you sign the POA before an embassy/solicitor or a Notary Public. after attestation by embassy/solicitor or a Notary Public, it should be sent to your brother and it shall be validated within 3 months after receipt in India.
