I have a query, A Government Employees Association is not conducting Elections for Office bearers for the past 2 years even after their term has completed. The past office bearers are continuing without any rhyme or reason and participating in negotiation with Government. They are reluctant to submit the accounts also. How to file a civil suit for 1. production accounts 2. Appointment of Election officers (other than old office bearers) 3. Conducting of fair Elections under the supervision of court or other authorities.
Kindly Explain the Civil Procedure code under what provision a suit can be filed?
