I have received Examination Report under Section 9 & 11 of the Trademark Act, 1999. I want to file Reply of Examination Report ASAP but can anyone tell me as per new TM Rules 2017 is there any change will be in TM Examination report ???
If Yes, Then Please provide me the details or format for Reply as per new TM rules 2017.
Please guide me in this matter.

I am new advocate practising at Gujarat High Court. I have filed to register Trademark, which is been opposed by one company. Now I want to file reply of the opposition. Can you please guide me that under which section it can be tendered? And can you please be kind to give me one sample draft of reply ?
