I am using my maiden name after marriage. So legaly what is the right title for me to use before my name?
MS or Miss. Because if I use Mrs it sounds like I am married to my father.

If married,husband has to include the name of wife in the official records...Procedurally Name of husband is recognised all round.Furnish case brief,based on the Name as included in the official records at either ends...
