Title clearance

Wanted a Legal opininon for my issue...

Builder has given a power of attorney to "X" Person , and that "X" person has billed house 

"X" --Billed to "A" in jan 06 ....(Never introduced to Society)

"X" --Billed to "B" in Jan 06 (within 3 days)     => Same Property was Auctioned in 2010 => "C" Person has Sold to "D"

"X" --Billed to "E" in Jan 07.

Now "D" has all the Paper (Share Cerificate / Agreement).

Can "D" has title Clear ...
