i am resaiding in W.B. at Hooghly District. My Father Occupier Land From 42 Years . as per Recorded of L.R. settelement . But original owner of land Mr. X . Mr.X died approxmiate 50 years ago .unmarried. at present no legal heirs Owner Of Mr . X. my Father is died 25 years ago . only my father legal heirs resaiding in the land .
my father legal heirs only enjoy & resaiding in the plot. water connection , electric connection . mutation , building plan sanction in the name of my father legal heirs. there is no body claim & disturbed our property . permanently resaiding in the property. and amicable partition deed registry in the name of my father legal heirs. but settelement office not to grant mutation in favour my father legal heirs. B.L.L.R.O officer said me you are only occupier according to your father . sir i want to title in the land .
