Tin Number Blacklisted

Please advise on what should we do if the tin number is blacklisted or how to renew the tin number once blacklisted. The tax was paid as per the consultation given by the financial advisor and it is sure that tax was paid on time. We are confused what went wrong. Our stocks are on hold and we are suffering from big loss. Please give your valuable suggestions at your earliest convenience .
