Time limit to file appeal in hc

Hi,

We have filed the IA to reject the plaint in city civil court based on supreme court judgment on Hindu succession Act 2005 in Prakash v/s Phulavati case.

Court has accepted our IA and reject the plaint.

Now within how many days plaintiff can approach the High Court after the judgment has come on 9th of Jan 2017.

What is the time limitation to file next appeal in Hight Court?
