Threatning

iam working in an private ltd IT company from the past 18 months.

There is no formal appointment or offer letter given to me at the time or later.

after two months of joining they have asked me to sign on a bond.

the bond was made on RS.20 stamp paper giving the aggrement details of my employeement.

they have mentioned my pay and the conditions.

 

in the bond they stated that employee should serve a minimum of 3 years of which first 6 months is probationary period and employee can leave the company on no restrictions..

in the next 2.5 years if the employee want to leave the company he should give a notice period of 3 months or he should pay 30 months of salary.

in the next point he stated that if the employee try to leave the organization company have the chances to collect all the charges that they spent on me.

 

i have given 3 months of notice period .after 1 month of notice period they have given me a letter to pay to the management a sum of amount RS.65,991 as training charges.

 

They have holded my salary for the past two months.

i haven't received any training in the company.

Now they are threating if i don't agree to extend my notice period for 2 more months they are saying that they put civil and criminal charges on me and giving negetive feedback on me.

 

Please help me in the issue
