Threaten of goondas

Sir

There was a cheque bounce case against me, which i am defending through my lawyers.  My question is If my cheque is bounced by the Bank, How my CIBIL Score which is 740 before 8 months has become 780.  It should have been  less than 740.  How is it possible. My doubt is  how this has not been monitored by the CIBIL.

CIBIL updates records as per information sent by members e.g.  Banks…

If the member has reported default/delinquency then CIBIL is to update…
