Respected Advocates and experts,
In a civil suit, there is a threat to my life from the defendant and defendant's brother. What shall i do in this isuue, If i go and complain to the police, do they receive it or not.The defendant brother is the government head master.What kind of legal relief can i get in this issue.Kindly suggest me.

You can also file an application in the civil court, claiming threat to life and requesting police protection.
