Threat of kidnapping

My son's business collapsed during Novemeber 2013 at Chennai and has uncleared bills to the value of Rs.35 Lakh. He has no means to settle the amount. The suppliers are threading to kidnap him so that his father (ie me) will pay up the amount.

What should I do when they forcibily take him away?

Pl advise.

You can give police complaint for kidnap

Dear client, you should go to the nearest police station and make register your FIR. If you don't get your FIR registered there, you can go to the court and make your FIR register there.
