Hi!
I bought a vehicle from local consultant here in Hyderabad around 7 months back with valid RC, ownership transfer papers, receipt & ID proof of consultant's owner. I have not transferred the ownership yet. Recently I got a call from him stating that the vehicle which he sold to me was theft vehicle.
Now, I need a advice what is to be done and what all circumstances that I have to face. Also I have applied for the transfer of ownership via broker.
