A matrimonial dispute is On, husband and family filed documents like bank passbook xerox , passport xerox at the time of anticipatory bail,
Wife's father has made theft of those documents from court record room (those documents are having stamp of been filed in court) and submitted those documents in
Maintenance case to show husband and his family has bank accounts in many banks they have passport travelled out of India and are rich.
Husband filed a complaint in family court that documents have been theft of from the court, matter went to PDJ, enquiry initiated, but not concluded.
Husband filed Cri. W.P in high court for concluding the enquiry, enquiry concluded and statements of wife's father and that of enquiry report are in complete contradiction.
Now what law gets applied in such situation and process husband should follow to proceed further.
