I made a contract with a builder on August 2013, but did not put the handover date, because it was occupied by a tenant so the builder ask not to put the date as it is not sure that the tenant will leave in promising time. But the tenant left within one month. How ever till date he is not finished the 4 floor building. Even not responding the phone. As I am a NRI staying in Kuwait. Doing a small job can get leave only after 2 yrs.
Please advice me what will be the best solution.
Want to hire a Lawer to get rid of this problem.
