I need to know the process for termination of a franchise agreement.
I have signed up in the capacity of a 'Franchisee' and am extremely dissatisfied with the conduct of the business. There are some business decisions taken by the owners which are not communicated to the franchisees (like selling of business stake), there is no support and there is no more income generated from the franchise.
Please advise the best possible means of withdrawing from this franchise.
