Termination /employment

I AM A MANAGER IN A MNC IN FARIDABAD, HARYANA

But my work function is not a managerial, as a technical and mid level types provided by our management.

HR ISSUED A TERMINATION LETTER ON BACKDATED.

ISSUED LETTER BY Email on Dt-27.01.2014 (but in Registered post also. Registered Post not come till date

to me at Calcutta). But Termination W.E.F Dt-13.09.2013 is it possible.

Send so many Information to the Office from 12.09.2013 to 25.01.2014

Also Father Expired on Dt-30.10.2013 and it was also informed to office.

You need to spend quality time with a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer.

You would need to sit with your lawyer many times, in person.

Therefore consult a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer ASAP, in person, show all docs, give inputs in person and understand the merits and proceed under the expert advice of your lawyer. Don’t act in haste. Patience shall fetch you better results.
