One of the RERA authroity delivered one of its 10 days old judgment through email to parties contrvening Surendra Singh Vs. State of UP 1953 SC judgment. How can email date be proven as date of delivery of judgment for the purpose of appeal?
The appellate authority is very reluctant on validity of judgment receipt date.
