Tenants right

Dear Sir

I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat. I want to know whether any law book available for tenant and landlord rights for house .

What right's are there for the deceased tenant who stayed for more then fifty years on rent. Can land lord vacat the house from heirs of deceased tenant ?

the LRs of deceased tenant must get tenancy transferred in their name to avoid eviction from LL.
