Dear sir,
My friend who living in a four room dwelling house more than 50 years but he was not enter any Agreement to the Land lord . After the Land lord's death his heirs sold to one of his related lady Now the lady who purchased the house try to vacate the house by force kindly guide and suggest what he will do?

It is settled principle of law that that a person who is in lawful possession can not be dispossessed by force,he can only dispossessed by due cource of law.approach to the court and seek injunction against the act of new landlord.
