Tenant's business registration in rented property

Dear All,

I am letting out my commercial property in Bangalore for rent/lease of 15 years.
In the rental agreement, the tenant(Lessee) wants to mention along with the age and address, that he is a proprieter of say "xx enterprise". This enterprise is not existant nor registered, no papers nor address exist. He says he is starting this enterprise now, and wants the rental agreement to be the base document for registering this new company and to apply TIN.

How safe is allowing the tenant to register his new company with my property address?
Can he register his enterprise with my address without my consent in future?
If that happens, what is the implication after the lease term is over?
What precaution can I take while signing the rental agreement to avoid future disputes.

Thanks in advance!
