My grandfather's property in kancheepuram was leased to a tenant few years ago and the contract got terminated a year before when we informed him to vacate the premises and informed him about termination of contract he already had a renewed contract with him which is a forged document. he seems to be a rich and political backedup person and not afraid of court or jail, tried many ways to sort out this issue but it doesnt seem to solve, the property belong to a family where there are 7 dependents including widow wife that is my grandmother and the teanant has not maintaining the premises in a good condition as he deals with iron metal the whole flooring has peeled.
Kindly let me know what can be done to get him out of the premises
