We R.P.RAJA RAJAN ENTERPRISES had let out our premises to company called CITEC ENGINEERING,the authorized person called Seerang Keetkar,had not paid us the escalated rent,deisel charges incurred for runnung back-up generators and electricity charges as per Lease agreement.The above said charges has overcosted the intrest free security deposit they had given us and they are now suppose to pay us over 1 Lakh rupees.We have filed case against them in concerned Police Station.Please give us ur valuable advise on what to do next
