Tenant filed form 7A claiming my 9.36 acres land.

Hello sir, Dalvi family owns 9.36acres of agri land. Majukar family (claiming to be tenant)applied form 7A in April1999 which was rejected by assistant commissioner In 2002. majukar family later appealed at Karnatak Appellate Tribunal in 2002 and AC judgement was remanded ans sent back for further investigation. This land is only land owned by me and my family. I don't want to lose this. I myself not being a lawyer, still I'm fighting against Majukar family, please help me with some points where I can convince the Additional depty commissioner that the land must not be granted to Majukar family. Any reference/judgements of such form 7A cases where owners of land have won is what I am looking to make my case strong. Please help.
