Tenant creating problem

We rented out just 2 months back. Due to our busy schedule we didnt put he lease agreement. He was so nice initially.

Now when we drafted a lease agreement with damage clause and leasing for 11 months, he is not agreeing for that and saying he min. need 3 years. And also not agreeing for the damange expenditure if any. (We have too many glass doors). And we told that he need to get prior approval b4 nailing the wall but he did too many without our knowledge and speaking too much if we ask him.

We dont want any frustration since we both are working and dont want this kind of problems. Is there any way we can ask him to vacate.? if we ask is there any chance of him creating problem, if so how to deal with it.

In India law helps law-breakers and the dishonest. You get a good lawyer and try eviction proceedings. Is it a co-operative housing society flat? In which part of India is it?
