Tenancy rights

Hi, We have a house in south Mumbai (Grant Road). It is an independent house and we been staying there since last 60 years. We have paid rent to our landlord(Trustees) without default since been staying out here.

Q1. Can we get ownership of the house since staying so long?

No,

Claim of ownership in adverse possession situations do not apply to a tenant.
