Temple has 5 acres of land with survey no as 15/3, during 1980-90 period it got sub-divided into multiple sub-divisions like
15/3a1 , 15/3a2,15/3b1,15/3c,15/3d etc. Each subdivision will have < 1 acre of land
Question:
Temple Inam Land with a survey no can be subdivided into multiple subdivisions? Is this possible or allowed per law or any acts or GO or HRCE ACT?
