Temple Trust

Dear sirs My grand pa constructed a temple in the year 1941 after his death My elder father my fathers brother took over the incharg and developed recently he also deeced now some of our relative come forward to take care of temple formed a committee and they are not allowing us to interfere in the community and they taking all rent and other development money misusing it Now I would like to form a trust along with my family members to stop the misuse of temple property Advice me the procedure Thanks

after your grand pa died, whether any trust or society registered or not. and is there any document or receipts regarding that temple? what are the documents you have to prove that the temple was constructed by your grand pa.
