Tempering of medical case paper while in custody of court

hi all,

i have acquiteed from 498a, since we have also argue on the point of Tempering of Medical case paper while in custody of court. and i m waiting for suo moto action by the court on this account but after reading judgment it was not said anything in that regards.

Now, i want to know is there i have oppurtunity to file case on the tempering of medical paper during pending of trial and while it was in custody of court against the culprits. this can be file within the period of appeal for state against the acquital order.

pls. tell me were to file and under which section to be apply etc...

urgently.

you can file separetly memo at the present court,

or you can file separate case

which court to in case of filing separate case whether  in JMFC or /Prinicipal district judge or Session judge.

pls. reply urgently, to whom i should present my compliant i wonder about some law 195 crpc bar some body said. if i file private compliant as it is similr to forgery.

don't know after case concluded to who i apporached as it was serious offence and culprits should punished who attempt to play with court record.

sir your are too late,

already i have file complaint before same court and it's now admission stage. since i m not getting prompt reply in this forum i have deep search and come to the conclusion and file complaint.

no memo nothing.
