can anybody tell me what is the implication of new state formation i.e telangana on addresses in licenses or registrations under various central acts?
to be more precise when state boundaries are reorganized by operation of law what will happen to addresses in documents like licenses etc.?normally whenever there is a change in address made the licencee himself, he is supposed to amend the license in the prescribed procedure paying fees etc.
But in the case when the change of address is happening due to no fault of addressee, what is the procedure?.does the address gets changed on its own or a specific notification should come into such effect.?
Also intimate if any such notification has come up or not?
