sir, i am from digboi assam and i was cheated by the tax consultant actually i went to tax consultant for some tax problem i am facing, then tax said that he will file itr of mine,wife and son and he told me that to solve the problem you have to pay wealth tax of your wife & son (wife wealth amount is 2200000 approx & son wealth amount is 2000000 approx), and he take an amount of rs. 180000 for wealth tax but later when i ask for challan of payment of tax he give me challan of rs.600 & when i ask that you have taken rs. 180000 and he told it is his fee that means he has taken rs.180000 to file 3 nos itr. So i want to know that what step should i take to get my money return from him please & please suggests me
