I am Mr B V G Rao from Vishakhapatnam,AP.As i am going to start a residential complex and want sell the flats.

What are the taxes applicable for this project

Sir,

I am going to start a venture (Construction of apartment) and want to sell the Flats.

Location is in Vishakhapatnam,AP.

Cost of the Project is approx Rs 4.5 Crores

What are the Taxes applicable and to be paid to GOVT.

Please clarify
