This query is regarding my friend.
He is a sunni Muslim and got married 4yrs back as per Islam rituals. His marriage was always with trouble where in wife shouts, threatens to commit suicide, speaks rudely to him. 3yrs back heinformed her parents and his mom, regarding problems faced. Both parties tried the arbiteration process from past 3yrs. everytime she says it will never happen again, still it gets repeated.
All these efforts went into vain, now he wants to give her talaq. she is not staying with him for past month and no communication from her side, what is the correct way to send talaq.
1. he puts talaqnama into stamp paper with 2witness, notarize and send it via registered post ?
2. Send via Qazi office, they are telling first they will send notice and then call for arbiteration. But my friend had done arbitration from past 3 yrs taking her parents and his parents. He wants to send talaqnama directly .
Please advise.
